Currently the wolf API does not have a means to unpair paired client. There is currently a defined method for it in config.cpp
So that the Wolf Manager interface can unpair clients am proposing we add this endpoint to enable the removal of clients

Have added code and doc updates for unpairing of client in commit ddc5d51
Initial testing shows working and can be tested by switching wolf image to dev-wolfapi tag
