In principle, all the code is accessible, but there are parts of the code which are contained in different repositories (like the batch service queue for the validation). If you specify which parts are more relevant to you, I can help you in finding all the necessary resources to execute the code.

In any case, I also suggest you to dig into the BlockFLsim simulator, which uses Pytorch instead of TensorFlow Federated: https://gitlab.cttc.es/supercom/blockFLsim
