IMHO use of trademarks alone should succeed to fulfill this goal: prevent confusion and use of the names to create confusion.
I'd suggest to open source the text of the license, instead of reserving copyright. All copyright reserved for the text prevents contributions to the text, and contradicts with the sharing of the license project on a site like github (which relies on rights to fork and modify the text to contribute to).
Aren't trademarks able to secure the proper use of the company and license names? I even don't know how much of the license text is copyrightable, isn't it a not so useful burden to try to restrict also copyright on the text?

The license text asserts copyright on the text, and no license for it.
