Cambdenboss terminal blocks missing bus

The Camdenboss terminal blocks (family CTB01x8) have separate "pin n" and "screw terminal n" connectors, but they are all missing the bus entries that should connect them. I thinks this is safe to fix without obsoleting the existing parts. Adding the internal connections should not break existing sketches.

Where I found the problem was a sketch that was using only the screw terminal connectors. In trying to 'clean' that a bit, I found that the pin and screw terminals were not connected.
