We frequently use Autographa Lite in a locally networked implementation, but we need to have the translators remember to export their projects manually in order to harvest their work. (An alternative to automatic export would be an api reference for connecting to the couchdb databases used by Autographa). Automatic exports would allow the translators to concentrate on translation, while the technical support staff could harvest their work for assimilation without disturbing them.

This was one of the reasons for us making Autographa Live: https://github.com/friendsofagape/autographa-live
As the readme says, as of now its mostly the same app as Ag-Lite with the exception of having a way to sync (export/import) with external repositories specifically, Paratext Cloud, Door43, WACS, or any other gitea endpoint.
Hopefully this would meet your needs. Currently the app is still in beta as we are ironing out some bugs/regressions but is still under active development.
It might, ultimately, help (if we develop a local gitea solution), but what I'm requesting is a way to automatically output the USFM exports at a timed interval. This way, the translator doesn't need to remember to export when he's done working on a chapter, or for the day. As I mention, an alternative would be to have a direct connection to the couchdb database where Autographa saves the translation, so that we could sync with an external database. Unfortunately, although couchdb claims to be optimized for syncing, I haven't found any documentation to help me with that.
