Gradle: Peer not authenticated when building #548

When FredBoat builds using Java 11 and Gradle 4.10.2, I sometimes get this issue: https://hastebin.com/igafavemuz

This appears to happen randomly when building and only with that link. Rerunning the build a few times eventually fixes this issue.

This also occurs on any other project that depends on Lavalink

I'd imagine it occurs on any project using Java 11 that wants to download from jitpack.
