Situation: Right now you have exactly one "blog post" visible on the front page
Problem: if there are multiple currently interesting blog posts, e.g. right now the new website and the April 1st quiz, it's a bit tiresome to flick through the desired information
Solution: add the next (and thus: previous) link on the frontpage as well (it's present in the archive)
Deluxe variant: the white stripe would be almost perfect for flicking through (e..g on mobile) and visually hint that there are more entries on the sides. However, this requires either javascript or lots of css trickery, so probably it's not wanted.
