Error when creating new scenario

Good morning,
we have installed Frepple on premise and when I try to create a new scenario I get the following error: "connection to server on socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432" failed: FATAL: Peer authentication failed for user "frepple"".
We probably made some mistakes during the configuration phase. Can anyone help us? Thank you

• If you are running on ubuntu 24:
  Make sure that the /etc/frepple/djangosettings are correctly filled out for all scenarios.
  USER, NAME, PASSWORD, HOST and PORT need to be set correctly here:

  frepple/djangosettings.py

• If you are running a container:
  Pass the variables POSTGRES_DBNAME, POSTGRES_HOST, POSTGRES_USER and POSTGRES_PASSWORD to your container.

We are in the first case (ubuntu 24).
