From now on, we filter the developers for orga members; i.e., only orga members are stored in the DB and are considered in the development focus calculations.

We can choose, what kind of object we want to return from the devSpreadTotal and devSpreadRepo methods. For now, we return the final spread amounts for whole orga and whole repository. If desired, we can return any other of the previous computed data models, e.g. if we want to show exact distribution of spreads.
