Sometimes the converter cannot find a suitable root candidate in a bunch of sentences, in all treebanks. Sometimes the problem is the opposite. See this excerpt of the conversion log for ud_treebanks/agdt/data/tlg0012.tlg001.perseus-grc1.13-18.tb.conllu:

ERROR:root:Sent 2279245 does not have a root!
ERROR:root:Sent 2279275 does not have a root!
WARNING:root:Sent 2279589 has still more than 1 root!
ERROR:root:Sent 2279654 does not have a root!
ERROR:root:Sent 2279655 does not have a root!
ERROR:root:Sent 2279768 does not have a root!
ERROR:root:Sent 2280131 does not have a root!
ERROR:root:Sent 2280306 does not have a root!
