Reduce ticket PDF size

Ticket PDFs are currently about 10MB. It is probably because they contain the event image and logo. Nevertheless PDFs should be maximum 200-300 KB as the images are small and just some text is there. Please adjust the PDF creation mechanism and regenerate the current PDFs.

@mariobehling Hey man, why my ticket size never exceed 1mb? When I try to download ticket can you elaborate more about the issue? correct me if I'm wrong is it like that the maximum ticket size can be 10mb but you want the ticket size cannot be exceed 200 to 300kb despite the image size?
