BYD在两轮技术面试通过，HR面试通过，资料都反复确认没有问题的情况下，一直拖着不发offer，使用理由：负责对接的HR出差，薪资审核等，从秋招开始一直拖着不发offer，到11月初秋招快结束的时候通知说学历验证不过关，不予以录用。可以提出换岗，推荐去其他岗位。于是换到了上海工程院，同样的套路，技术面HR面全部通过，之后就销声匿迹，不回消息，不给理由。虽然本来也没想去这个垃圾公司，但是就是不爽，希望广大应届生老哥引以为戒
