when using the MenuScreen.h with ItemCommand interrupt
LCDmenu useing ItemCommand to run a repeating (loop for or while) need to be able to break out of loop with a change of the encoder
calling rotaryInput.observe() every 10 ms, attach an interrupt to pins 2,3,4 to catch a change
Any insight would be appreciated
