Solve relationship between rigid alignment and elastic alignment with bUnwarpJ for a stack of trials

Currently, bUnwarpJ is ignoring the rigid alignment between trials for computing the deformation field. This should work when the xy shifts between trials are small.
To use ROIs from bUnwarpJ feature for time trace extraction, the user need to make sure that the rigid alignment between trials is deactivated. Otherwise, the ROIs might be applied to the wrong position.
Need to find a way to ensure this programmatically.

Oh i this is specific for SetupA users. Kim/SetupC users apply the BunwarpJ to already rigid aligned trials (as far as i know)
