我在列表布局中或者在pageview中，经常发现有些没显示到界面上面的gif图也在播放中，这样会导致内存增高，所以我想着有没有什么办法能够让gif图不播放，直到显示出来的时候再进行播放。 所以我想要提个需求，能出个api能够让我控制gif图播放和停止播放
