getting couch error 500

Hi, I have my application hosted in bluemix. I am using cradle module for cloudant connection.
Frequently I am facing the below errors while connecting to Cloudant DB. Please help me on this. I have provided the error logs below.

App/0 error: 'nodedown',
App/0 'strict-transport-security': 'max-age=31536000',
App/0 'cache-control': 'must-revalidate',
App/0 headers:

how often you are experiencing this kind problems connectivity problems ?
is your app able to reconnect after error happens or it dies ?
