Low FPS with visual studio 2019 #60

it reaches 7-8 FPS with RTX 2080 Super , visual studio 2019, windows 10 and Core i9-9900K.

image.png resolution 1280*480.

exactly it need 126.74 milliseconds.

Any suggestions?

Do you called dummy CUDA API? In first CUDA call, initialization also runs.
