Question about times of resending unsigned receipts

Hi there,

I've noticed a difference between Germany and Austria. When a receipt signature failed in Austria and a zero receipt would be used to resend the transaction, it would get the original time stamp, right?
In Germany, I can see it getting the time stamp of the time the zero receipt is requested.

Please confirm if this is so and explain.
It might cause trouble because the software and the queues totals for a day will differ this way.
