The DEI SIG would like to populate a microsite with resources on DEI best practices and information on FINOS DEI efforts (events, recordings, etc).

This issue is an epic that will be broken into multiple issues leading to the initial launch of the site.

Related issues to be completed prior to initial launch will be linked below

Lise Nobel and @PaulaPaul are discussing work on this as part of Discover Financial's GAAD hackathon featuring Theme Builder

We will need to break down this item into smaller issues (this is essentially an Epic), including design thinking on the purpose and audience for the site, branding, content, etc.

I tested our netlify setup, etc, we have an empty site up at https://deploy-preview-37--majestic-hamster-c1e855.netlify.app/ (temporary URL), so we are ready to start working on the site, no technical limitations anymore.
