Websocket Trades - Not receiving data

Hello,

I tried contacting support via email but its been 4 days and still no answer.
Im using the trades websocket and im able to receive data for almost any symbol but no for SPY, which is the symbol i trade.
The socket does not throw any error, i just receive ping. This does not happen everyday, its happening to me 2-3 days a week.

Im thinking on moving to polygon or something similar because as i said no response from support. Im premium user.
