A requirement is endorsed if it has been approved by relevant Key Stakeholders

Minimum:

  • Product Owner: representing users
  • Implementation Owner: Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or other role responsible for implementation of the system

Question: Where does a CAB come into play here?
