In this site list screen inside project page,
clicking the triple dot menu at the top right reveals three menus, one of them being 'Filter Sites'.
Clicking that menu brings the UI to a point where Region Name(s) are selected from dropdown.

But no region names appear now in the dropdown even of there are regions that can be seen in the web.
This issue could be the result of same source that caused not-appearing of region names in this issue
