[Suggestion] Overlay for recently updated chunks

This would be incredibly useful when debugging chunk update issues, you could have it render with the standard boundary view or have it separate, with the former simply adding a number to the yellow center line as to how many updates in the past 5 seconds would suffice.

I didn't find a way to monitor chunk updates. Does somebody have an idea how I can monitor chunk updates, like an event or something?

Pretty sure forge has a chunk update event in the render pipe, but I haven't checked recently...
