The IoT project should start evaluating changes to Fedora that will impact IoT, similar to how the CoreOS folks do it.
It looks like we could basically use a similar fork of the pgm_scripts repo that @dustymabe is using to generate the tracker issue.

I reached out to Dusty for some operational knowledge on using the scripts; we'll meet sometime next week to discuss.
