I'd like to see a dark mode CSS added to Bodhi so us night owls can work on Bodhi without the blinding white.

Bodhi css is based on Fedora Bootstrap.
You can try ask there to add dark theme support. AFAIK Fedora Bootstrap is based on css bootstrap v5, color mode support was added in v5.3.
