Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current dependency management of the SDK requires the installation of many requirements that are not necessary for an ML application that only needs to retrieve features from online store. This includes fastapi, uvicorn, gunicorn, prometheus_client, SQLAlchemy and other required requirements here.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make requirements used by Feast UI as optional so that they don't need to be installed in ML applications.
