Internal and external links missing #579

In chapters 01 and 02 when reading in colab all links show up as <> no text or hyperlink.
Some seem like they are refs to tables, images in the notebook others may be external links.

+1, I am experiencing the same issue. Tried viewing the Jupyter Notebooks in Kaggle, nbviewer, and local Jupyter Lab instance. Tried different browsers, chrome and firefox. Same issue experienced in all environments.
