Type filter settings not restored on return to map

During testing for #665, I noticed that some settings are restored when returning to the map, while others are not. The behavior seems to be the same for both desktop and mobile.

• Labels
• Map layer
• Points of interest
• Tree inventory
• On the map: Always reverts back to the default (selected)
• Type selection: Reverts back to the default if coming back all pages except /settings and /changes. What makes this really a bug is that the map view does not refresh to the new type selection, so you can e.g. end up with an empty map despite all the types having been automatically re-selected.

I would expect anything that is configurable to remain set (at least as long as I don't refresh the page, if not longer).
