Looking for a report to be run against switches to show history of port usage and email this info in CSV format. There used to be a capacity planning report, but i cannot find this in XIQ-SE. Any help would be appreciated.

So far I know is no workflow in place. It has to be developed. If I'm right the MIB shows the last port status change. If it is not good enough the LOG has to be pared. Not sure is this a appropriate way to go.

Thank you for the reply, I was looking into doing it that way as well. Then I started looking at using port statistics, as I can create reports for total physical ports and then ports used using the value on an hourly basis. I had had to turn on collection of historical port statistics for this information to be collected. I just cannot figure out a way to do a CSV based on this on a scheduled basis.

The SNMP polling of XIQ-SE provides the data stored in the DB. It's possible to prepare reports and send them by e-mail using a scheduler. But it will not be in CSV format. Is a PDF report so far I remember.
