Can't Send from Wallet to Exchange - o Confirmations

I have tried multiple times to send my EXP to an exchange. It has not worked on any attempts over last few days. It just lingers without any confirmation.

Usually my wallet shows days or hours since the last block and 0-1 peers. I need help sending these EXP as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for the help.
