Testar e deixar funcionando o .DevContaier do projeto

Hoje não está funcionando 100% o devcontainer do projeto.
O ideal é ter os containers backend, frontend, nginx, postgres rodando como serviço onde na lista de containers seja possível ver/reiniciar cada serviço do projeto, bem como abrir um terminal...
