ability to add username with NOIDENT:TRUE in class block

per our discussion in #evilnet yesterday regarding username option with no identd reply, i submit here a new feature request for the client block.

silimar like spoofhost functionality, a "username =" option in class block is based on user's supplied username in the client (eg: mirc, email address' username or identd with no identd server). so it can take advantage to the autojoinchannel feature in class block. right now autojoinchannel feature only applied to a matched ipaddr/subnet or hostname or username with working identd reply.

my suggestion is either the "username =" option in the client block modified so that it support noident feature or maybe another option added to specify that features.
