*Lines ID# - Enhancement

For this example I will be using G:Line, when infact could apply to any of the like...

Essentially an ID code added that creates a 10 digit code to the end of the reason field (no need to modify the entire syntax and break protocol).. Might also be a good idea to add an F:Line to make tagging optional.

Why?
ID tags could be quite useful for ban tracking, site mirror tracking, automated G:Line removal request web forms, etc.

Personally I would love to have this asset... and from experience a lot of large networks use this regularly.
