Total SP uses potentially stale DB state

The total SP is calculated by summing skillpoints stored in the DB, when the /character route is requested. The DB is out of date, though, until the subsequent request to the skillsheet updates the DB and enters more up-to-date skillpoints.

The tricky thing is that for displaying the total SP in the side bar, it makes sense to be reported with the rest of the basic character info. It is still possible for the skillsheet request to display total SP somewhere else, or have a way of modifying its parent component.
