For now, I've added a note in the Readme that shows how to configure webpack on a project-by-project basis. It seems that there should be a way to make this work automatically by using the following naming convention on files: whatever.icss.scss, but I have not been able to get this to work so far.

Hey @mprquinn, a new major version of css-loader has been released since this was flagged. Any idea if this is still the case with 6.x?
