Timeout when requesting for the largest meetings

The most action-packed meetings appear to be too large for the API, causing a 60s timeout.

Filtering the labels by language (&language=fr) are not helping. The API times out every time. Even on weekends.

Expected result

Any way to retrieve the meeting data of MTG-PL-2024-04-10

Suggested solutions

• Extend the API timeout to 120s
• Optimize the backend code, likely by adding column indexes to whatever DB is behind it
