The profile uses classes currently not in DCAT

Such an example is dcat:DatasetSeries.
This class is described in the specification of version 3 but the DCAT IRI: http://www.w3.org/ns/dcat# used in the shapes file, and in the specification, bring version 2. What's more, in the specification itself.
Recommendation: until this is fixed, add a note in the shapes files, referring to the correct master file, probably now only available add https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/blob/gh-pages/dcat/rdf/dcat3.ttl
