This commit added Cache-Control public 3d2bcc8#diff-384ba16ee9a0f426b2dd1387bae1ad2e3b005f839024c5c94f03cfab695767c6R356

That causes the country page to be cached.
In that way after a logout the user is still shown the dashboard.
