Does the volunteer repo serve this purpose?

Yes, I already created the https://github.com/orgs/ethereumclassic/teams/tweeters team but can only invite org members, which the volunteer repo should be used for.

I am thinking that each person that is invited should have to prove they aren't sock puppets by joining us in the green room and answering a couple of questions.
