Windows 10 Defender Threat Quarantined

Hi I have been using Etherminer for over the past 2 months and all the sudden Microsoft Windows 10 Defender just blocked etherminer.exe with the following error:

Detected: Trojan:Script/Conteban.A!ml

This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.

Is this a false positive? Does anyone else have this exact issue or should I be concerned and remove as recommended?

I thought I got compiled the source code from this repo, however, looks as if I downloaded directly from somewhere else. Download folder is named "ethminer-0.18.0-cuda10.0-windows-amd64".

I really should have created a log on where I got this from. I am removing and using this source code instead. Just though a note about this on the readme might be helpful to others.
