Sure it is, I'm not sure how to the option to filter by: #geodev, #advocate and [country] but I was thinking on:
Using the keywords #geodev and #advocate on the input text to filter people with those attributes to true
And adding something like: country:ES for example to find experts in Spain
But in terms of UX I would also include a small text in the interface with Advanced search that shows up an interface to help you doing this searches and any other advance search as I proposed here
I think the usefulness of this option would be to help anyone to quickly find experts that could be sharing contents in your mother language, and/or if someone have a problems trying to express his problem in english, facilitate him to find and expert that could help him in his modern language (or even for a new Esri employee to find a coworker with expertise in some topic).
I'm just wondering if including the country where the expert is located makes sense or not (to be able to filter also by country). What do you think?
Cheers!
