Backlog Cleaning

We are doing a review on all the issues on the backlog. It is a long-term task that also helps us to better organize and better care for our community. Unfortunately, we may overlook some issues and mistakenly closing valid issues. On this first round, our actions will be:

• Closing all issues based on outdated versions without an updated report on status.
  • There are chances that they were already solved (duplicates...).
  • They can be re-opened when still present and with an updated report.
• Moving all questions to discussion page. Same with tutorials, examples, how-tos, hints and tips on how to do things. They will also be tagged as 'For Reference'.
  • These are good candidates for an article on the Espressif Developer Portal. Anyone can submit articles there.
  • Must not be mixed with "Feature Requests". If possible, valid and feasible, they will be backlogged.
• Closing all issues tagged as "Awaiting Response" older than 6 months (independent of Arduino Core for ESP32 version they were created for).

As stated, if we overlook something, let us know. Any help or suggestion are appreciated.
