Ставим плагин из marketplace:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219604/allure-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview

Добавляем Issue к тесту:

    @Test
    @Issue("AE-2")
    @DisplayName("Открываем сщуствующую Issue")
    public void testIssue() {

Добавляем настройки в Jenkins:

ALLURE_JIRA_ENABLED=true
ALLURE_JIRA_ENDPOINT=http://192.168.90.245:9999/rest/
ALLURE_JIRA_USERNAME=admin
ALLURE_JIRA_PASSWORD=admin
