The folks working on the typescript-eslint are doing some great work, and I've made a set of ESLint configs with some using their stuff for Clarity.

Would be a good idea to migrate to it since TSLint is becoming deprecated, and Wotan doesn't have a good set of code style rules (at least that I can find ATM) and ESLint has better editor support in my experience.
