Support stat mini-language in skill purchasing. Operators like min() and max().

Example:

skills:
    Administration:
        set: 100 - stat
        cost: 5
        purchase: 1d6 + stat
        stat: min(INTELLIGENCE|WISDOM|CHARISMA)
