<Android 11 Generic GSI> <raphael> audioserver crashes, resulting in the device getting stuck on the boot animation #147

Describe the bug
It appears that /system/bin/audioserver continously crashes during boot, and the device won't get past the boot animation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Flash MIUI vendor V12.0.2.0.QFKCNXM
  2. Flash the GSI
  3. Boot (note that the boot animation will never finish)
  4. Check the logs

Expected behavior
The system should boot

Logs
Here's the crash.

Some significant lines:

APM::Serializer: deserialize: Could not parse /odm/etc/audio_policy_configuration.xml document.

APM::AudioPolicyEngine/Base: stream AUDIO_STREAM_REROUTING already assigned to a volume group, review the configuration

APM::AudioPolicyEngine/Config: Invalid stream type AUDIO_STREAM_VOICEASSIST
