When visiting the XTGeo documentation on readthedocs: https://xtgeo.readthedocs.io/

We get the latest (as default) which seems older than the stable. E,g, after release of xtgeo 4.0.0, the latest still points to a 3.7.3 build while stable will point to 4.0.0.

Need to resolve so that visitors sees the latest tagged release.
