Missing translation

Describe the bug
This safezone error message is lacking a norwegian translation. It is received from the backend, but we can nonetheless include the translation in the frontend. Alternatively we can make a different display message in the frontend based on the type of message sent via signalR, thereby not relying on the backend message.

To Reproduce
Make the safezone mission fail.

Expected behavior
This should work in Norwegian and English.
