Create Obsidian URL

Obsidian URL is a very useful way of identifying a note and use across other applications. It would be a nice feature if obsidian.nvim has a command to generate that for the current opened file.

Alternatives

Currently need to go back to the Obsidian app to copy the URL for a note.

I was looking through issues to see if anyone asked about this. +1 from me, this will be very useful.

Probably needs work on user side to set obsidian:// urls to open nvim, but a feature to copy obsidian URL would be awesome.
