Ask away!

Is there a way to modify the code for the wf-mpx workflow so I can use a different reference genome? Currently, there are 4 reference genomes I'm forced to choose from but I'd really like to use another reference genome (from a very closely related poxvirus). I really like this workflow and it could be of great use to our lab if we could use a different reference genome.

Hi @newbieSLC. I'm glad to hear you like the workflow. Currently the choice of reference is hard-coded, but the team will discuss the possiblity for users to provide their own reference. Thanks for your patience!
